Brown’s Risk Management provides independent construction health and safety consultancy to housebuilders, contractors, subcontractors and specialist construction businesses.
Support is available for individual projects, specific areas of compliance or as an ongoing retained service. We work alongside directors, managers and site teams to help identify genuine risk, strengthen existing arrangements and maintain standards that work in practice.
Retained Competent Person Support
Employers must have access to competent health and safety assistance. Where the required knowledge and experience are not available internally, Brown’s Risk Management can provide ongoing support as an external competent adviser.

Inspections & Audits
Independent site inspections provide assurance that agreed arrangements are being implemented in practice. Visits consider site management, contractor control, work at height, plant, temporary works, occupational health and other relevant project risks.
Reports are concise, prioritised and supported by photographs where appropriate. Inspections can cover individual sites or multiple projects to identify recurring issues and support wider improvement.
