Significant concerns are raised promptly. Reports provide photographs, prioritised findings and clear recommendations to support corrective action.
Inspections can provide independent assurance alongside existing contractor handover and site inspection arrangements. Where statutory inspections are required, the precise scope and responsibilities should be agreed before appointment.
